Every inspection includes a complimentary 116 pg. book published by InterNACHI, the world's largest Home Inspector association. With over 130 photos, this book will enhance your home ownership experience by informing you about your home's components and their life expectancies and will even provide you with a maintenence guide.

 Whether the home you want inspected has a crawl space or is 100 years old, the inspection fee* is the same with ONE exception. If you are active military you will receive a $50 discount to say "Thank you" to you and your family for the blessing you are to our country!                                                                                                        *for homes up to 2000 sq.ft.   Please call to confirm availability before ordering online - thank you

  • Re-inspection fee

    This option applies only to those who have had PLCHI perform an inspection within 30 days and would like us to go out to inspect any items repaired since the original inspection. A copy of the repair request is required.

    • $75.00
