This is my personal house I'm built on 1.25 acres in Holly Ridge N.C. We drew up the floorplans for this one ourselves. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq.ft. home with a 400 sq.ft. garage and 240 sq.ft. of attic space. Very cozy!
